Incident Report for Nextech

Identified

We have identified an issue in the ICP ASC chart that may prevent information entered in the general section Notes field within Current Meds in the nursing and anesthesia charts from being saved. The notes for individual medications are saving correctly.

We are actively working to correct this issue and expect to deploy a fix on the evening of Saturday, November 7, 2026.

Until we confirm that the issue has been resolved, please do not rely on the general section notes in the Current Meds field to document information that is needed for patient care.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update once the issue has been resolved.
